This is a new unit that was finished in October of 2023, with everything out-of-the-box brand new. The stay includes private gated parking. Located at Casas Sanblu.

Affordable Loft in Downtown Ensenada

The space is disinfected before and after each stay. A very secure loft, on private property. Has an independent entrance. In the hearth of downtown Ensenada, will take a five minute walk from to get to places like “Malecón” and the tourist area. Public transportation on the corner of the loft. There is a sleeping room with a full bathroom, a dining room and kitchen. Downstairs there is another living room and patio with a grill and bar. Private parking inside the property for one car.

Linda casita de 2 recámaras, 1 baño, sala, comedor, cocina, patio y garage con puerta eléctrica para 2 carros. Ubicada a 2 cuadras de la calle turística (Calle 1ra).. a 3 cuadras de Catedral.. tiene cerca un mercado, 7 eleven, cafés, restaurantes, etc. Remodelada al 100%. Pueden hospedarse máximo 5 personas. La recámara principal tiene una cama Queen, la segunda recámara 2 camas twin.. y en la sala hay un futón tamaño full. Amplia sala, comedor y cocina.. todo abierto. PROHIBIDO FUMAR!!

Casita caracol cuenta con una habitación con cama queen, y un futon cómodo en el área de sala comedor. Esta ubicado en la parte trasera de nuestra casa comunicados por el patio, alberca y un asador los cuales, son de uso exclusivo de las personas que se hospedan con nosotros . El lugar se caracteriza por ser muy tranquilo y rodeado de un lindo jardín. Contaras con acceso independiente a la casa, así como estacionamiento para 1 carro dentro de la propiedad, y en la parte exterior.
