Less than 1 minute from Santa's Village, access to snowmobile trails from the house, close to popular ski resorts and lots of hiking including NH's 4000 footers. The perfect place to unwind and getaway.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. For those adventurers who like to ATV, the Jericho trail system is only 7 minutes down the road with plenty of parking. There is also access to NAY Pond for all of your water activities (Fishing, Boating and swimming) This unique property also has a pellet stove for those who want to snuggle in front of the fire or just relax and read a good book. There is internet access and also has ROKU that you can access Netflix and other streaming channels

"The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.
