It's the perfect place to retreat to after a day of hunting, pottery shopping, exploring the Uwharrie National Forest or going wild at the NC Zoo. Your time in Bigfoot's Backyard will be memorable!

There are no cameras in the house or on the property. We are 5 minutes from Carolina's Treetop challenge. Charlotte is 1 hour away. Fifteen minutes to Morrow Mountain, Lake Tillery- Badin Lake, and Uwharrie recreational area. 8 miles to Dennis Vineyards. Asheboro Zoo is one hour. Each guest over one is an additional $15 per day per person—kids under 2 N/C. $10 per day per animal. PETS MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. Airbnb cannot add the correct pet fee; we will request it after booking.

Golf, lakes, and other outdoor attractions make for awesome local day trips. The large yard and parking area affords adequate space to bring and maneuver your off-road toys, trailers, boats etc...
