Beautiful home in the heart of Eagle. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants, and local shops. Minutes away from the Boise Greenbelt. About 10 minutes to the Village in Meridian, and 20 minutes to Downtown Boise. In the winter time less than an hour drive to the local ski resort, Bogus Basin. In the spring/summer time enjoy the Saturday Market, Eagle Gazebo Concert Series, Eagle Fun Days (held the weekend after the 4th of July), and many more community events!

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Entire house located in the country but central to nearby towns of Middleton Star,Eagle,and Meridian. Very quiet country road with sweeping views of the valley and foothills. There are 3 horses on property within fenced area. Owners are available anytime and are close by. House is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked for a comfortable stay, lots of parking.
