Cozy In and Out - Guest House and Courtyard

This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

Please Read! Very Private, 170 sq’ bedroom queen Healthwise bed, TV, wifi, fridge, micro, AC & heat detached/separate from main house. Additional floor sleeping pad under bed. Small bathroom with direct/private entry & 31” shower is part of main house. Guest must walk outside & under patio cover to access bathroom. Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink/disposal (summer), grill & nice yard. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.

This spacious, comfortable home is centrally located, close to Top Golf, the Village, Wahooz, and lots of dining options. Enjoy time outside in a beautiful tree-shaded, private back yard with a hot tub and grill. Inside, you’ll enjoy a gas fireplace, memory foam mattresses, board games, and ping pong table in garage. The private office space and fast wifi is perfect for remote workers. The neighborhood has over a mile of beautiful walking paths and a community pool open in the summer.

Private Suite with balcony and separate entrance

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood located in the heart of Star. Relax in the backyard patio, your private deck, or have a fire in the fire pit. Whether you are traveling for pleasure or business, this studio suite offers you everything you need to work or simply relax and explore the local area. We live in the main house, completely separated from the studio suite. We respect your personal space to enjoy your stay but will always be available via text/phone to answer your questions.

Beautiful home in the heart of Eagle. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants, and local shops. Minutes away from the Boise Greenbelt. About 10 minutes to the Village in Meridian, and 20 minutes to Downtown Boise. In the winter time less than an hour drive to the local ski resort, Bogus Basin. In the spring/summer time enjoy the Saturday Market, Eagle Gazebo Concert Series, Eagle Fun Days (held the weekend after the 4th of July), and many more community events!

It has new beds, new linens, newer carpet, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, corn hole set, large screen TV, lots of DVDs for viewing, wi-fi, YouTube TV subscription, hot tub , massage chair, and low traffic. The garage is not part of the rental and may need to be accessed by the owner from time to time. No large groups night or day. Max 8 people and 3 cars.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins) 1 bath. River access with dock just a short walk away. Popular area for fishing, hunting, wine tasting, off road trails. Full kitchen and full bath with bathtub. We do allow pets but there is a $40 per pet fee per stay for extra cleaning and very low cleaning fees compared to other listings. Add your pet where you add your guests. Thank you!!

Sleepy Bear Lodge

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
