Draper’s Safe and Cozy Blue-Door Cottage

With the Draper Blue-door Cottage, we have tried to create a safe, comfortable and homey environment for your family to enjoy! It includes many amenities including a kitchen with cooking pans, dishes, utensils, basic spices. We also provide a Keurig coffee pot and waffle maker. Bathrooms have a shampoo, conditioner and shower gel caddy. Although I have a no pet rule, I can make exceptions with requests who agree to pay an additional $75 cleaning fee.

Only 13 minutes to Boise fairgrounds. Beautiful backyard with water fountain, pond, and grill. Internet and TVs with cable, Netflix, and prime. 2 car garage, washer and dryer, master jetted soaker tub, large master bedroom and closet with private door to backyard patio.

Guest House at Lake Rivendell - Entire Upper Level

If you like open spaces and beautiful rim property views of the mountains and gorgeous morning sunrises and evening sunsets, walks around a ten acre walking path, access to a relaxing private lake, views of pastures where sheep (and lambs in the spring) graze and the view of pretty hens pecking around for bugs and worms providing you with farm fresh eggs for breakfast...then this is the place for you. We are pet friendly but have a two dog limit!

Our home is located less than one mile from downtown Eagle, with all it's great local dining and quaint boutique shopping options. Also within walking distance and not to be missed is Heritage Park where vendors and musicians set up for the popular Eagle Saturday Market during the months of May thru October. Entire house located in the country but central to nearby towns of Middleton Star,Eagle,and Meridian. Very quiet country road with sweeping views of the valley and foothills. There are 3 horses on property within fenced area. Owners are available anytime and are close by. House is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked for a comfortable stay, lots of parking.
