“The” Downtown Apartment

Book your next stay and be in the heart of Norfolk at “The” Downtown Apartment. Located on Norfolk Avenue, you are steps away from locally owned restaurant's, bars, parks and new attractions at the River Point District. At 1900 sq. feet there is plenty of space to accommodate the whole family and keep everyone entertained with a foosball table, darts and arcade games. This apartment is on the second level of a brand new construction building. There is a pull out couch for extra guests.

Germaine

We like to call this cottage Germaine, named after the previous owners wife. We live next door, so if you need anything, were just a knock away! This cottage was a labor of love and is fully renovated. It comes with all new plumbing, electrical, appliances, insulation, HVAC system, tankless water heater, and more. The house was built in 1940 so we modernized the home while staying true to the era. Germaine has one queen bed and a double size pull out couch. Two adults is a comfortable fit.

Stay close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 3 Blocks from Downtown Norfolk. An older home with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and a bonus bedroom upstairs with 2 full beds. access to the bathroom is through either of the bedrooms and access to the upstairs is through bedroom 2. Kitchen with many amenities, dining room, and living room with smart TV . There is also an enclosed front porch with some seating. Drive way parking is available and also a large yard.

The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

My wife and I and the 6 kids self manage the property and look forward to your visit!
