Unique large+light studio back house up stairs on top of storage garage. Minimalist boho style w/ lots of plants + comfy furnishings. Pretty sure you will love this space. Ultra-fast Internet + smart TV, built-in work desk, artesian wood cabinetry + counter tops+ wonderful just-added vintage wood flooring. Private entrance and yard with lots of trees, 95 yr old grape vine, strawberry beds +outside seating + free designated parking off an unpaved alley right in Turlock’s most desired area.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this central located, sought after area in Modesto! Minutes away from everything & walking distance to many stores. You will have your own private entrance, kitchenette (NO STOVE/OVEN), bathroom & bedroom, all to yourself! Please note that this unit is attached to my families main house. We have two dogs and my neighbors too, so noise level is not always quiet. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. I want your stay to be as comfortable and easy as possible. *

Named after our first grandson, Damon's Hideaway is brand new construction (2023) that's designed to be unique and with a style all its own. We are former antique dealers and have tried to incorporate that interest in the whimsical decor. Beautiful and comfortable home on a corner lot waiting for you to call it your second home. The home is very spacious with a lot of natural light. The high ceilings and open floor plan make it the perfect place to enjoy your time with friends and family. The home is centrally located in Modesto in a quiet and developed area. Walking distance to a shopping mall on Coffee Rd with a Walmart Neighborhood market. Close to Sutter Health Memorial Medical Center and Doctors Medical Center.

Serene and Sunny Home, Sleeps 6, with Yard

This cheerful and sunny home is located in a quiet and safe older neighborhood close to downtown and conveniently not too far from Hwy 99. This home is the perfect cozy place to rest and relax. Our little area of Modesto is unique in that we have a wonderful walking and biking trail only a block away. You can walk to our small neighborhood shopping area that has a grocery store with a Starbucks, a very popular frozen yogurt shop, restaurants, an independent bookstore and cute shops.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage nestled in the middle of an almond orchard on a private road. Collect fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast paired with fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Spend a peaceful evening sipping a beverage on the porch or take a relaxing walk along the river. Geographically speaking, we like to say we are in between The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

Cozy & Stylish Cottage in Great Location w/Pool!

Cozy, newly remodeled and well located, our guesthouse is a great place to stay. We put lots of thought and care in designing a space that people will truly enjoy. We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.
