Peaceful, locking 6ft fenced driveway access, fiber optic Wi-Fi, TVs in rooms, comfy couch, full kitchen, quiet, individual space and tankless hot water heater for long bathing soaks or showers!

Darling newly renovated 1930’s private legal back house just off paved alley; under massive but much-of-the-time messy Magnolia Tree. Tons of character incl original rustic wood floors, stainless appliance + inside laundry. Livingroom is filled with natural light; sunny in fall/winter/spring but shady in summer. Comfy bed, beautiful but small cement yard, outside spaces + covered parking. Lovely roses if your lucky enough to stay then tho there always seems to be something wonderful blooming.

JCJ Little House gateway between SF and Yosemite

Detached studio apartment with full bath/shower combo. Neat modern deco for a stylish look. It features a kitchenette with fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, electric frying pan, rice cooker and coffee maker. Studio has a full size bed, twin day bed with twin trundle that can pop up to king size bed, cable TV, X-Box 360 and internet. The bedroom and bath are separated by a sliding accordion style door. Just off highway 108/120 heading East 65 mi to Yosemite or 85 mi to San Francisco.

Cottage at the Broken Branch

Experience the historic Gold Country and Yosemite national park staying in this newly renovated 1800s mining cabin. Originally built in the late 1800s for the miners of the Crystal Rock mine, the cottage now has heat, air conditioning, highspeed wifi, a kitchen, and bathroom. The Broken Branch is a small working ranch, so the beautiful sunrise views include several horses, donkeys, and goats. It's about an hour and a half to Yosemite and only minutes from downtown Columbia and Sonora.

Charming Tiny Home on Urban Farm

Welcome to a charming, custom tiny home surrounded by a small urban farm. The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. We look forward to welcoming you to enjoy our farm!

Cozy Columbia Cottage with Charming Porch

This cozy studio is across the street from Columbia State Park. It has off street parking. The studio includes a king size bed, a full size refrigerator and range, and a bathroom with a shower. The charm of Columbia includes its small airport, restaurants, candy shop, live theater, gold panning, and tea house. Our location is ideal for daytrips to Yosemite National Park and Calaveras Big Trees, plus local hiking and boating. Our WiFi is not reliable so please don’t bank on it.

La Casita Near Yosemite

This tiny house (120 sq. ft) is newly built just for you, our Airbnb guests. Though small, it packs all the essentials for a comfortable stay including bathroom, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, heater and air conditioning. When the queen murphy bed is not in use, it converts into a couch leaving space for the table and chairs. It is conveniently located 71 miles from Yosemite Visitor's Center and a great stopping point between the Bay area and Yosemite National Park.

The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Enjoy a night in our guest house that is located on our 50 acre ranch. Enjoy a walk around all three ponds around the property while sipping on a cup of coffee. From the chirping of the birds in the morning to the incredible sunsets in the evening, you won’t forget it!
