You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. Our place is close to Yosemite National Park (2hr drive), San Francisco (1.5hr drive), Sacramento (1.5hr drive), Carmel and Monterey (2.25hr drive) and the Napa Valley (2hr drive). You’ll love the quiet and peaceful neighborhood - it's very relaxing and private. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and small groups. We have a pool and hot tub you're welcome to enjoy.

There is no cleaning fee and guests are not expected to clean anything upon departure!
