You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. This is a GREAT place to stop between Yosemite and the San Francisco Bay area! We have also hosted several traveling professionals LONG TERM and our guests find it perfect for their temporary jobs. Rent our kayaks to enjoy the beautiful lakes nearby ($20/day plus $200 refundable deposit). Please notify us in advance and have your own vehicle to transport.

Cozy & Stylish Cottage in Great Location w/Pool!

Cozy, newly remodeled and well located, our guesthouse is a great place to stay. We put lots of thought and care in designing a space that people will truly enjoy. We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.
