This location is right on the small Main Street wi th a few restaurants and stores, and it’s close driving distance to everywhere we go to visit family. The neighborhood is quiet, and the unit itself was beautiful, open and spacious. It was clean, with clear instructions on how to check in. In addition, the host was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay.

This was our second stay in this apartment, and it is one of the nicest Airbnbs we've stayed in. Everything in is modern, in excellent condition, super clean and tidy, and perhaps most important, welcoming and homey. The instructions for staying in the house are clear and concise, and Betty is readily available should you need anything. The house is in a good neighborhood with easy access to anything in the Portland area by car, and plenty of options for food on foot. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was great. One of the best AirBnBs we have been to. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Super clean and cozy, and a short stroll to everything Freeport has to offer. Jennifer and Jay were excellent hosts.

Roger was the perfect host! He greeted us upon arrival and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants. So many eateries and shops within walking distance (including incredible vintage)! Roger’s place was super clean and had everything we needed- including a comfy bed, snacks and day passes to the art museum. We felt safe and well cared for. We will certainly be returning!

Our trip up from Rochester NH to enjoy the tribute band for Neil Diamond at Colonial Theatre was a better experience because we stayed at Christine’s! We had made this reservation months in advance so as to not have to drive home late. Walking distance to theatre and restaurants! There was early check-in (much different than other’s, here was 1:00), a beautiful screened in porch (too cold to use it, which was fine because the room that the porch is off of is the cozy TV room. There is an easy to navigate remote (increasingly rare to have a TV in Airbnb’s never mind one that is easily operated!)) Bedroom with plush wall to wall carpeting and thick curtains for darkness Bed was very comfortable; super soft linens, lots of extra blankets and anything else needed! We slept really well. Breakfast as DejaVu was exceptional. We would not want to stay elsewhere when visiting Laconia! Christina is a rock star

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is nice and clean. If we had any questions the host replied immediately. We would stay again if we ever visit this area again.

A really lovely place — exactly as shown in the photos and exceptionally clean, with a cozy sleeping alcove that our kiddo loved. Check in & check out were smooth & super easy. Also centrally located, with a lot of shops & restaurants nearby, including a nice bookstore & toy store across the street. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

Our stay was lovely we had all we needed in kitchen supplies and the place was clean and quiet, I will be recommending this place to friends and family !

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

This home was so charming. Once we were inside, we felt right at home - everything was so wisely laid out, clean, and fit my family of 4 plus 2 furry animals perfectly. The decor is beautiful! The outside had a good size yard with a runner for my dogs which was so thoughtful. The house is only 12 minutes away from Sunday River and very easy to get to. Our host was wonderful, I really appreciate her flexibility and accommodation to my several requests!! We had a blast - thank you so much!!!!

Perfect location! Able to enjoy all North Conway has to offer and shred whatever mountains you want!

We had a great stay during a snowy, cold Maine week. The house was very clean and had everything we could have asked for. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. We had also asked specifically about their no pet policy as one member of our party was allergic and heard back very quickly that their policy was strict. Our allergic member had no problems whatsoever!

Excellent communication and a great beach house, neighborhood was quiet but excessable to all the region had to offer, Thanks!

My wife and I are so glad we booked Mandy’s house for our anniversary trip. If you are looking for a quiet & relaxing getaway, this is it! Salt & Pine is even more beautiful in person and in a great location. Not only is it set back from the street and surrounded by nature, it’s a short drive into the town of Ogunquit. Mandy did a fantastic job of stocking the house with everything you could need and we felt right at home. She is very responsive when it comes to questions, plus gives lots of recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the area. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you, Mandy!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

Thus was a great location for our stay in Portland. Easy to get around and plenty to see and do nearby. i will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

I’ve been to a few AirBNBs and this by far was a favorite. He had a lot of extra TP, paper towels, bath towels, dish towels, coffee and tea, pillows, blankets and cleaning supplies for both bathroom and kitchen! We’ve been to this area before and it’s so nice. And this apartment is in an amazing area. Tons of shops and restaurants. We didn’t have to drive for the weekend. We were there for a concert at cross insurance arena, and that was only a few minutes walk from the apartment. I will be renting this place out again, thank you for an enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.
