Welch Farm #2/Private Bath

You’ll love our place because of the location, the views, and the ambiance. You will be staying in one of four guest rooms in our bunk house, near the barn. Relax by the pond with a drink, or watch the sunset wrapped up in a blanket. We are social people and love hosting. We love to entertain with food and drinks, but we also respect your privacy, and can be as involved or uninvolved in your stay as you like. This quiet Kansas retreat is just what you need! All rooms have a private bathroom!!

1920 farmhouse +6 acres of wild.

Birdhouse.farm is near Quivira National Wildlife Refuge, part of a wetlands complex that spans over 40,000 acres. This area has been dubbed a flyway of international importance. The house is set on six acres of land which we've been returning to its wild nature. We have wetlands, open space and a small forest. It is a charming structure with beautiful wood features and character typical of the 1920's. Many antiques and unusual pieces furnish the home. It is a cozy and calm place to rest.

Three bedroom, 1 bath loft style apartment overlooking the City Square of St. John is bright with natural light. High speed wifi, smart TV, coffee maker, basic cooking supplies, and dishes provided. Three bedrooms each have full size beds. Living room has two sofas. The living space is only available by stairs, so is not handicap accessible. It may also not be suitable for small children. Commercial space below offers day memberships to shared workspace.

The Cabin

Cozy cabin offers 1 loft bedroom with full sized bed. 1 bathroom with tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with basic cooking utensils and dishes provided. Coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher available. Washer and dryer on site. Living room has a couch and single chair with TV and WiFi. Another full sized bed on the main level for extra sleeping or convenience. Parking available in the drive way or along the street.

Stay in a charming apartment inside a historic building that now serves as a vibrant art center. This two-story retreat features a welcoming living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen on the main floor, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and washer/dryer upstairs. One bedroom offers a queen bed, while the other has two twin beds, accommodating up to four guests.

This lodge is located in the middle of a farm section in Kansas. You can see for miles and the evening sunset are amazing. With a large back patio next to a pond it is the perfect spot to relax in the evening or for morning coffee. The lodge is decorated with up to date features and trends making it a must see.
