WALK TO BEACH - NO PARKING HASSLES! 2 Master Suites (king/queen w/ en-suite baths) - perfect for 2 couples! Beautiful view out back of house with patio to enjoy grilling under the oak trees. Living Room has lots of seating! Bright & light home - kitchen is fully equipped. HI-SPEED INTERNET - Easy walk to beach (down sandy side street DRIFTWOOD) and to nice pool (only a few doors away)! 2 parking spaces in front of town home. Lights on patio (switch to left of TV) and a very private deck!!!

Sue's Place at St Simons accepts FLETC

This is a comfortable and very livable two level townhome within walking distance to the Old Village of St Simons, parks and the beach. Have a shared swimming pool. Only one mile to the beach and other convenient places to eat or shop. Have the basic supplies until you can get to the grocery store- coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, soap, detergent pods, etc. Pool hours 8:00am-9:00 pm starting April 1st. Sleeper sofa in the living room is available if needed.
