Welcome to Beach Please SSI! You’re just steps away to your relaxing vacation. This beautifully renovated condo is located in Beach Club, an oceanfront resort community. Enjoy all the amenities including oceanside saltwater pool, 2 hot tubs, business center, fitness center, grilling area and tennis/pickleball court. Walk along the beach through the private beach access and to local favorite restaurants. Beach cart, 2 beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and cooler are provided during your stay.

St. Simons Island Condo

We are excited to share our family’s beloved beach condo with you! This 2 bed /2 bath, ocean front condo is located on the King & Prince Beach Resort property. It is stocked with all the beach-going necessities, plus a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a large family living room perfect to relax in after a day at the beach or to cozy up in during the wintertime. Guests will enjoy access to the South Villa private pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Please message with any questions!

This cozy cottage has just been fully renovated and newly decorated as of December 2020! The kitchen has been overhauled and features quartz countertops and farm house sink. ***This listing is for the downstairs unit at this duplex.*** The unit boasts two bedrooms with one king sized bed and the other being a queen with generous sized closets. In between the two bedrooms is a brand new full bathroom as well as a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. No pets allowed!
