Spacious bedroom / **shared bathroom ** I have changed the bathroom to "SHARED" as I may have an out of town guest in the 3rd Bedroom on occasion. ** Feel free to ask. Screened inground pool, fenced yard and security system. Quite neighborhood. Guest bedroom has a QUEEN bed, dresser, chest of drawers, closet and lighted ceiling fan. Breakfast: Coffee or Tea and Biscotti or muffin. Refrigerator available for ONLY beverages, or leftover Take out food. NO Kitchen privileges.

Come enjoy our Luxury Suite with its own private bathroom. It is bright, cozy, & super clean. Our home is upgraded with a new bathrooms & common areas! The neighborhood is perfect for evening walks. We have two adorable puppies (house trained, rarely bark, super sweet) Mini Dachshund & Maltese/Bichon mix (both hypoallergenic). I am allergic to pets and have no problems. Centrally located between Miami, Orlando and Tampa, the house is only a 20 minute drive away from the beach.

Capri Farmhouse Escape

Capri Farmhouse is located minutes from the scenic Indian River and Savannah Preserve. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this peaceful 2nd floor, non-smoking, 2 bedroom suite has a private entrance, eat-in kitchenette and guest parking for up to two vehicles. There is a fenced in yard and propane bbq grill. Dogs are welcome. (Due to severe allergies, we are no longer accepting cats as pets.) Keep in mind the unit is on the second floor and not suitable for children under 12.
