Relax with the family at this peaceful Sand Lake cottage . Kayak, paddleboard, and canoe are provided for your enjoyment, or simply lounge by the water. A full kitchen provides a dishwasher, toaster, beverage fridge, gas stove, and coffee maker with custom brews and frother. A sand beach, playground, and picnic sites are available at the nearby park. Sand Lake Party store has the best brats and ice cream just 5 minutes from the house. Rosenann's is the perfect place for creating memories!

Lakeside retreat with game room and gorgeous views

Relax with the whole family at this cozy lake side getaway. Located only 10 minutes from Shipshewana Indiana and 40 minutes to Notre Dame. Enjoy unplugging as this unique stay does not have TV's or Wi-Fi. In the summer months you will enjoy a swimming and building sand castles on the sandy beach right in your back yard. In the winter months you will enjoy watching the snow fall over the lake in the three seasons room or playing a game of pool with your family, both rooms are heated!!

Welcome to The Cottages on Sand Lake! The Farmhouse is the largest but is not directly on the water. There is a shared swimming area with 3 docks available for guests to use. Paddle boat, row boat, paddle boards and kayaks available. Sand lake is a 102 acre lake all sports lake with great fishing including large mouth bass, perch, bluegill, and catfish. This is a classic Michigan inland lake. Watch the sunset from the front porch and watch the carriages go by.
