Cottage on the lake 15 minutes to Shipshewana

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We invite you to come enjoy sunrises over the lake and sunsets across the field. This is a great option for Notre Dame home games as the cottage is only 40 minutes from ND. It is also a short 15 minutes from Shipshewana and all the attractions there (The MEC, Bluegate, and the flea market). The sweet town of Middlebury is also just 10 minutes away which is where you can find the Das Dutchman EssenHaus and other Amish attractions.

It is also a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of life, it's quiet and serene. Sand Lake is 102 acres in size and approximately 22 feet deep at its deepest point. When fishing, anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish, including Bluegill, Flathead Catfish, Largemouth Bass, and Yellow Perch.
