This beachfront condo is perfect for your stay in Ponte Vedra Beach. Guests can enjoy the ocean and looking for endless sharks teeth and sea shells. This condo boasts (1) bedroom, (1) bathroom and an additional murphy bed for your guests. Music can be heard from the back patio on weekends, as well as the sounds of the sea. When back from soaking up the sun, enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, powerful shower and wifi. Our location is minutes away from Sawgrass TPC and nearby St. Augustine.

Middle of Historic District + Quiet at Night

Cordova Gold is located near the infamous Casa Monica hotel, behind the Lightner Museum & Flagler College. Walk to everything historic St. Augustine has to offer but enjoy the peaceful local neighborhood after your activities. Our condo building was built between 1885 - 1893 by Henry Flagler to serve as the servants' quarters for his Ponce de Leon Hotel, now known as Flagler College. We have 1 dedicated parking spot in our lot along with 1 off-street parking space which is very rare.

Spanish Colonial Design One Bedroom Condominium

St. Augustine lays claim to being the oldest city in the U.S. and is known for its Spanish colonial architecture. Atlantic Ocean beaches like sandy St. Augustine Beach and tranquil Crescent Beach. This unit is centrally located amongst lush green grounds, towering palm trees and gorgeous pools. All can be seen and felt from the comfort of the balcony while enjoying the breezy air and an afternoon beverage. Unfortunately it is not child proof therefore only suitable for 2 adults.

Ocean Front Gem; Top Floor Corner Unit

Top floor, direct ocean front, corner unit with elevator and beautiful views of the beach from both bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and private balcony. We have upgraded the condo and believe it to be the best condo in St Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort. We use a Nest lock on the front door.
