We live in our new addition with a private entrance and den. The house is 10 to 15 minutes from NO Airport. Quiet neighborhood. Blocks from Supermarket, Plenty of character and charm in this home. Full of personality!! Home is fully Renovated in 2016.The house has 3 outside cameras one is the doorbell and one on each side of the house.

It is 7 miles away from Marathon, 19 miles from Shell Norco, 50 minutes from New Orleans and 30 minutes from Baton Rouge. There are 3 bedrooms and sleeps about 7 people. There is a backyard patio for barbecuing and relaxing.

The cool thing about this home is, is that it’s close to all the plantations , the factories for workers , and next door to a bar ! No need for an Uber ! 😉

Located approximately 2 miles from our beautiful bonfire tradition on Christmas Eve along the mighty Mississippi river, 1/2 way in-between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. We also in close radius from industrial plants located in the River Parishes. Very good and quiet neighborhood.
