Easy access to little bayside beaches and the walking/cycling foreshore track are only metres from the house or alternatively wander into the CBD for dining , groceries and shopping . A wonderful barn conversion that has everything you need for an enjoyable experience. Located 6KM from St Helens. A private rear paved deck looking out at the bush. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics to cook home style meals. Beds - queen, 3 king singles and 1 single. You can see a variety of farm animals as well as wild parrots and wallabies that feed near the barn. The barn is located to the rear of OUR HOUSE. WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY AND AIDES IN THE BATHROOM.

Colchis Creek Townhouse is located within walking distance to the main street of St Helens, close to all the action like mountain bike tracks, fishing, shopping or enjoying local food and wine. Colchis Creek offers three bedrooms, a modern kitchen, lounge and dining area, laundry, two bathrooms and an outdoor area with BBQ facilities. Colchis Creek Townhouse is close to several restaurants and cafes. Great space for families or a number of couples travelling together.

The Surveyor's Cottage - Heritage and an open fire

This cottage is one of the earliest buildings on the east coast of Tasmania, being built in around 1832. Recently restored, The Surveyors Cottage has an instant appeal with its high ceilings and beautiful light from the Georgian windows. The open fire is the star attraction - so warm and welcoming. An intimate space for two people, within easy walking distance of most local eateries & shops. Unlimited wifi if the fire isn’t enough to keep you happy.
