It’s a 30 minute drive to Zion National Park, 10 minutes to Sand Hollow State park and 20 minutes to St. George. There is separate parking and private entrance. It is super clean, open concept living/kitchen, spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed, large bathroom with a brand new washer/dryer. A perfect place to call home while you adventure in So. Utah!

Our simple, yet very clean one-bedroom, one-bath unit in the Sports Village offers the amenities of a condo at the price of a hotel. In addition to the one-bedroom, there is a private alcove with a full-size bed and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Our condo sleeps up to 6 guests. Our well-stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze. We are a great base for mountain biking, climbing, Snow Canyon, and Zion. We will consider well-behaved pets on a case-by-case basis.
