"Cozy Rooster" Artsy Studio Downtown Christiansted

An eight‑minute walk brings you to the beach, the lively boardwalk, fine dining, art galleries, and the historic attractions of downtown Christiansted. Steeped in history, this charming residence rests in the heart of Christiansted’s Historic Downtown, featured in Henry Morton: St. Croix, St. Thomas, St. John: Danish West Indian Sketchbook and Diary 1843–44. Adding to its character, the home carries a personal story—once in the 1950s, it was home to the great‑grandmother of the current owner.

Moko Jumbie Guesthouse

Experience a unique piece of St. Croix history at the Moko Jumbie House. Once the Danish Armory, this renovated 200-year-old property features original yellow Danish bricks, a grand curved staircase, and preserved old pine floors. Now a 4-unit Airbnb, The Moko Jumbie House reflects the architectural beauty of early 19th-century Christiansted. Just outside, you’ll also find The Guardians, a striking sculpture by Ward Tomlinson Elicker, permanently displayed in tribute to local art and culture.

Guest suite is attached to a private home that sits alone on top of a hill with 360 degree views. Private entrance with queen size bed, a/c, kitchenette, coffee maker and full private bath. Outdoor table for 2 to have coffee in the morning or an afternoon refreshing drink while watching the beautiful Senepol cows graze in the neighboring pasture. Mornings you can often see the cowboys riding in the distance checking the cattle. The ranch was featured on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern.

The "Bougainvillea Suite" has been designed with the executive leisure traveler in mind. It is large, spacious, and has every amenity you can think of (Private Laundry Facility, Wifi, quite Eco-Friendly Spilt A/C units in all rooms, an executive desk, fully stationed gourmet kitchen, and a large walk-in stone bathroom). It is perched on top of our courtyard and boasts over 1500 sq feet of space with large bay windows from floor to ceiling in the living room and kitchen spaces.

Come stay in our 1-bedroom apartment in a great neighborhood. Ideal location for 5 minute drive to Downtown Christiansted Harbor where you can schedule boat tours to Buck Island, visit gift shops, restaurants and historic sites. Also, Frederiksted is a short drive to visit Rainbow Beach. The apartment is located at the end of the main house with your own private entrance. Fruit trees are all around the premises. Great for Business and Personal Getaways!

Waterfront Cottage, St. Croix US VI

"30 Steps to Paradise" Sweet and cool 1-bedroom cottage with large porch attached to a family home, with complete privacy. Hear the sound of the waves and walk to several beaches. Located near Jack's Bay on the south east tip of the island. The cottage has ceiling fans, no air-conditioning. The pool is available for guests. The other name for the cottage is "30 steps to Paradise" because it has 30 steps from the road to the entrance of the cottage.

St. Croix Ocean Vista Honeymoon Cottage - Beach

1B/1B oceanfront cottage with a full kitchen sits in a gated community on St. Croix's north shore. Featured on HGTV's House Hunters International. 50 steps to the beach. Incredible sun and moon rises over the water. The cottage has battery backup so you will not be bothered by the numerous island power outages. The neighborhood borders the National Park near Salt River Bay. This is a non-smoking property.
