Luxury Apartment with Colorful Lighting on Cherokee Street

Adjust the mood lighting in the rain-shower bathroom of this 1,000 square-foot loft-style apartment. Tall ceilings, a gas fireplace, and black leather furniture all add to the ambience. PLEASE NOTE: Our home is for up to 2-guests ONLY, and we have a NO PARTY and INTERIOR SMOKING policy for the home. This policy is STRICTLY enforced for your safety and that of our home. If this policy is violated, this will be grounds for immediate eviction without payment refund. Your 1,000 square foot loft-style, 1-bedroom apartment is located in a mixed-use building comprised of 3-residential apartments on the 2nd floor of the building. Your apartment features an open concept, state-of-the-art spectrum mood lighting in the kitchen and bathroom (as shown in the photos), tall ceilings, gas fireplace, modern décor with stainless steel appliances, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Also for your safety, the apartment is equipped with an ADT security system. FREE Off-Street Parking is provided directly behind the building. As shown, the apartment is equipped with 2-flat screen Smart TVs with basic cable and use of our free Netflix streaming service while you lodge with us. It also includes central air-conditioning, Wi-Fi wireless internet, complete kitchen essentials, 1-set of bedding and 2-sets of towels and a protected bed mattress. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. THIS HOUSE RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Entire Living Space Private Patio Deck Off-street parking for 1-car only (assigned parking space) Basic Cable TV Smart TV Enabled with FREE Netflix This loft style apartment is equipped with electronic door locks for guests to easily self check-in. Also, when you arrive to the unit, you will be provided with a Welcome Letter which includes a comprehensive guide to the local restaurants and attractions located on Historic Cherokee Street. The property’s setting on historic Cherokee Street makes it a perfect base for exploring the city's arts and music community. Browse antique shops and clothing boutiques on the street itself, and stroll to countless hip restaurants and bars nearby. Uber / Lift / Local Cabs Metro Link You have complete access to our loft-style apartment space. The apartment is always pre-cleaned and stocked with complimentary travel-sized supplies and ready for arrivals 24/7/365. A mandatory weekly cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for guest who stay beyond seven (7) calendar days in an effort to insure the apartment continues to meet our highest standards of quality and comfort. This fee will be Invoiced separately through Airbnb after your extended stay booking is confirmed.

Aesthetic Loft in a Destination City Neighborhood

This gorgeous home is a sunny loft with lots of windows, original art, eleven-foot ceilings, and wood floors. It occupies the entire second floor of a two story historic building, and because the apartment and back porch are elevated, it is very private. It's located within walking distance or a short drive to the best that St. Louis has to offer and is well set up and discounted for long term stays. You will be residing in historic Soulard, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city.

The O'Bannon House has another apartment open and it is magnificent: Welcome to The Hugh! This upstairs unit spans the entire length of this grand 190-year-old home. It is newly refurbished to its original glory and boasts original brick walls and unique nooks. You are only a block and a half walk to charming downtown Waterloo and all it has to offer. (If you have a larger group, you can rent out The Ruby below (sleeps 4) and the Hugh above (sleeps 6) to accommodate your entire group!)
