Stay was overall great, would definitely recommend for a nice get a away. Host was polite and always responsive.

The Allure is what a comfortable stay should be. Everything we needed was available. We had: three workable ACs; more than adequate kitchen supplies; hot water; workable TVs in thee rooms; there was even an extention cord which we used; mops and a broom to clean.

This location far exceeded my expectations, as it was not only spotless but the surroundings were peaceful and tranquil. The host was friendly, responded to messages quickly and was considerate in every aspect of hospitality. If you are seeking peace of mind and home away from home, this is the ideal location to meet or exceed your needs.

I stayed there for (3) three days (2) nights and it was worth the money and my time . I advised persons to stay there and you’ll understand that it is true to what you see on the app.. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️rating all day everyday 🫶🏾

I had an excellent stay at this modern Airbnb! The space was exceptionally clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed—everything felt fresh and welcoming. The host was incredibly accommodating, courteous, and always responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was also very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. David and Cindy were outstanding hosts. Very friendly and full of joy to host their guests. They guided us through the neighbourhood and we felt immediately home. They also provided us a lot of advice out of their experience to visit in Kingston and so we could hike or do activities around Kingston. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. We had a blast. Ready to return to Kingston Reggea Garden when we are back in Jamaica!

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! The property is beautiful with a pool that overlooks the beach, the rooms were prefect size very clean. Ken is very responsive, helpful, and accommodating, i changed my reservation 3 times and he always responded fast sent new linens, towels, and always had a pleasant demeanor. Good Vibes🙏🏽

We booked this trip as a mini vacation for my husband’s birthday weekend and it was exactly what we needed, a cozy, peaceful place to just slow down and relax. It was very quiet; had I not seen other persons around the property, I would’ve been convinced that we were the only ones there. The pool was very clean and the property well maintained, staff was courteous. The room is very beautiful in the evenings when the sun is setting, and if you open the window, you can hear the ocean washing against the shore, which was very calming. The only drawback was that we were expecting the building to be situated by an actual beach; it wasn’t much of a beach, seemed mostly like it was just for fishing, but you can still go wet your feet in the shallow parts and walk on the sand (this has nothing to do with the host and didn’t impact my stay very much, it’s just how I interpreted the pictures on the listing page). The pool was always available though, up till 8pm. All in all, we had a good time.

the place looks exactly the same as the photos and was very peaceful however have the cleaners check properly while cleaning we found an used cup under the sofa and moldy under a bowl in the kitchen cupboard but other than that everything was great.

The interior was tastefully designed, combining luxury and comfort. Every detail, from the spacious living areas to the well-appointed bedrooms, made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to enjoy home-cooked meals while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions or conveniences yet still providing a sense of seclusion and privacy. It's our third stay and we feel like it is a home away from home! Definitely can’t wait to return!

We spent three days here on vacation and i must say that everything was excellent. The location of this villa is close to my destination as well , as for the room even though being small but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. i would definitely recommend this villa to others having a small business trip , vacation , baecation and the list goes on , however this villa might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to it’s limited space. But it’s a 10/10

Stunning water view when you roll up the motorized sunshades at the window. I enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean and the unit was very comfortable. I appreciated that it had cable. There is no stove in the unit but there was a hot plate but alas I didn’t see any pots. This was not a deal breaker for me as the unit was very well kept and everything was laid out for my convenience. Host was very responsive and flexible to my inquiries. Would definitely stay here again! This unit is a RECOMMEND from me!
