We are located in a historic building directly across the street from the old Finger Lakes railroad station. Local shops, restaurants, and lake are just a short walk down the street. This is a private one bedroom unit with a pull out couch located just off Main Street and directly above a popular local restaurant, "The Greenfront" (expect some ambient noise). Because we are located in the middle of all the action, we also provide 2 high quality bicycles that our guests are free to use.

Quiet, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. My home is a raised ranch style, and the entire lower level is where you will stay. There are two bedrooms - one with twin beds and the other has a queen size bed. One bath. There is a private living room, kitchenette, and shared laundry. Discounts available for longer stays. No smoking and no pets. I have 2 cats, but they are kept out of the bedrooms. Our town is right on I-90 half way between Rochester and Buffalo.

There are numerous wineries to explore in the county…just over the Bay Bridge. .

The Grape and Wine is a large suite with a king bed, and an additional bunk bed room, and an adjoining two-piece washroom. A luxury suite located in the heart of downtown Fonthill. There is high-speed Wifi, Smart TVs, blue tooth stereo, remote fireplace, coded private entry, and a parking space. Also includes weekly housekeeping. HST is included in the booking price.
