St Augustine Beach Condo is 3 mins walk to a pet friendly beach and multiple eating places including a Starbucks for your morning coffee to watch sunrises. Anastasia State Park where you can bike, watch birds and turtles and explore pristine beaches or use the "Y", is literally across the road. The Amphitheater and historic St Augustine are mins away by car. The unit is equipped for cooking, teas and coffees and filtered water - so no plastic. You are beach ready with towels and equipment.

Our condo building was built between 1885 - 1893 by Henry Flagler to serve as the servants' quarters for his Ponce de Leon Hotel, now known as Flagler College. We have 1 dedicated parking spot in our lot along with 1 off-street parking space which is very rare.

This second floor unit is light and airy, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. We are family owned and operated.

Perfect location to enjoy our beautiful beaches & all that Anastasia Island has to offer! Historic St. Augustine is less than 7 miles away. Unit is equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation!

For more excitement, the shops, restaurants, and nightlife of downtown St. Augustine are only a 15-minute drive away.

Relax in downtown St. Augustine, 5 - 10 minutes walk from Flagler College, and the main attractions. Large heated pool (April 1 -November 1) and back yard that is shared between our 4 apartments. This downstairs historic apartment has all the conveniences incl. TV's in living and bedroom, free WIFI and we offer Roku TV. We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. Free parking for 1 car on premise and free street parking.

Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this modern condo is within walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. There are several good restaurants and unique Pubs on the island within a few blocks. Davis shores is a favorite among visitors due to its centralized location to Downtown, the Amphitheater, lighthouse, Beach, and Conch House Marina... all within 3 miles.
