Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.

Sleeps 8 comfortably. Linens and towels provided. Pack your food and move in! Lots of parking onsite for all your ice fishing equipment! Wood burning fireplace for the cold winter nights. Just a 40 minute drive to the perimeter. July & August are 4 night minimum. Long weekends 3 night minimum.

Unique vintage cabin vibe with updated amenities and less than a 40 minute drive to the city and 7 minutes walk to the iconic Matlock pier. Timber framed small house (480 sf) with two separate bedrooms accessed via ships ladder. Bathroom with shower and kitchenette. Built in 2017. Conveniently located next to a 10 acre provincial park (public beach, boardwalk, dog friendly beach, tennis courts, play structures and town amenities (grocery store, restaurants, arcade, yoga studio).
