The apartment is in a perfect location. Walking distance to 2 supermarkets, shopping mall, the bakery and restaurant, etc. Nice view from a window of Colombo city.

We enjoyed our stay at Umendra's place. Even though we arrived very late in the night, we were met by the assistant Budika, who was kind and helpful. Always had a smile.. We are very grateful for getting all (6 of us) our bags onto the luggage trolley...along with the reception security Brian...who was very welcoming and respectful. We appreciate these gentlemen helping us at that time of the night. Also the two sets of keys were very convenient for us. Pity we couldn't meet Umendra. A few suggestions to improve would be ...instructions on how to use the lights, fan & the AC. The switchboard system was a bit complex. Also the google map took us to another place. Just letting you know the address was not clearly identified by the google map. Apart from these, overall we had a lovely stay at this beautiful place.

We had a great stay at Kantha’s apartment. Spacious and fully air conditioned with a view of the sea from the balcony with some gorgeous sunsets. The pool was very welcome and there was also a very well equipped gym. The host, Kantha, was super welcoming and super friendly and always quick to respond. He also gave us lots of tips on things to do. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Shanuka's place. The two bedrooms were perfect for traveling with our toddler. Shanuka went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed for our stay and was responsive to questions. The location is also very good, close to everything downtown Colombo has to offer. The security at the building made us feel very safe, and it was easy to get a taxi / tuk from in front of the building. We had hot water, and the kitchen was nice to prepare our own meals. Our toddler also liked the play area on the ground floor. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. I'd recommend.

It was great to stay at Raj House for a long time in Colombo. The host Hillary was so kind and thoughtful from check-in to check-out. The location of the accommodation was great, and it was comfortable and pleasant for the buyer's meeting. Bed is clean and make changing frequntly and clean house also. I would like to stay again when I come back on a business trip to Colombo.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Colombo. The hosts communicated very well from the initial contact we had with them. They were professional in their services, flexible, the apartment was also very clean and the linen was good quality.

Located in the heart of the city, walking distance to Colombo city centre shopping mall, bakery and a super store. The master bedroom gives almost 180 degree paraomic views of the city , the lake and the sea. Well curated interior designs gives a grand guesture . The host Chathura is very responsive and flexible. I'd love to come back and no hesitation to recommend this place for any guests looking for a luxury apartment in Colombo city centre.

Very good value for money. The apartment is large and well equipped. The pool and playground area was an added bonus too. We had a few requests and things to sort whilst we were there and Sandy was a fantastic host and helped us promptly. The only downside is that there isn't restaurants / shops within a close walk, a tuk tuk is needed. Not a huge issue but it worth mentioning. Would stay again.
