Newly constructed luxury villa in a peaceful private road in Mukam Bazar a few minutes from local shops and 5 minutes drive from Moulivbazar and 15 mins from Sreemangal. The villa is surrounded by private walled and gated garden. There is outdoor mood lighting and a private area at the rear of the property with bbq and outdoor badminton court as well as a sun terrace. The villa has been constructed to Western standards throughout. Please be aware that I WILL NOT reduce the rates any further

The Mayfair, a modern holiday home in Sreemangal, Bangladesh where you can unwind, relax, enjoy the tourist attractions and take some great memories away. * Please note that the property is partly airconditioned at the moment. Four out of the six bedrooms are fully airconditioned. All the rooms including communal areas are well ventilated and have ceiling fans. * Hot water is only availiable in the 1st floor bathrooms at the moment.
