This beautiful, bright, and very secluded lake home is sited on 40 acres about a mile up a broad, forested peninsula. It features three bedrooms, open concept dining and living areas, a full kitchen and AC with picture windows and deck overlooking the lake. A canoe is provided. Have breakfast on the deck then fish or boat on Kitchi Lake, nearby Cass or scenic Turtle river and return to grill your catch for dinner. Or just relax with a book or TV. Shopping? This property is unique as a brand new constructed house for you to enjoy on the west side of Lake Bemidji. In the morning you may hear the loons on the lake with your windows open or sitting calmly on the back patio. You can cook in the full kitchen and enjoy the grill in your own backyard sanctuary. In the evening, you can enjoy a bonfire or hot tub in the back yard of this safe neighborhood. The spacious house is great for gatherings, is pet friendly and children of all ages are welcome

Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.

The cabin is nestled on a small lot with a few seasonal neighbors, but with Lake Pokegama in front and 100's of acres of Tioga Rec Area in back, it's a quiet escape with excellent access to outdoor activities.

Round Lake Escape

This little cabin sits in the middle of a small campground on the shore of Round Lake. It's a family-friendly, quiet area with all the camping amenities. There is a range, microwave and sink in the cabin. It also has AC. The garage next door offers refrigerator, grills, griddle, tables and chairs available to all guests. At this time, only a porta potty for bathroom, but bathhouse is in the future plans! Dock space, paddle boards, kayaks, playset, firepit and picnic tables for use.
