A light, green, urban sanctuary. Truly unique. This home is a beautiful space to recharge and relax, a base to explore the city. The house is located in Richmond, a small and friendly suburb bordering the vibrant neighbourhood of Melville, close to Millpark Hospital. The house was featured in Home & Leisure design magazine in 2016 due to its inspirational philosophy and its unique and creative architecture and interior design, as well as a Netflix series and a number of TV commercials.

The Cottage - full solar inverter & battery power

Bright airy spacious cottage on our property in the leafy green secure suburb of PARKMORE in the heart of SANDTON. We do have full backup power facilities - no electricity issues for our guests. Guests have their own entrance & off street parking. We do MEET & GREET or Self Checkin by prior arrangement. The cottage is located within walking distance of Benmore Shopping Centre, a 5 minute drive from Sandton Business Centre. There are restaurants and sports facilities within walking distance.

Off-grid, solared powerd, sustainable, stylish home that has natural light pouring in through large double volume windows. Ideal for families and business colleagues. Our house is not suitable for parties. Upstairs there is a master suite with a balcony and a second bedroom, both en-suite. Downstairs is a double bedroom and converted study with single beds. The house is equipped with a gas fire in the lounge and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hot tub is not available due to loadshedding.

High security boomed area with access control, 24 hour guard patrols and cameras. The popular Westcliff stairs are just 500m away, for fitness or sunset view

Whether travelling alone, as a couple or for business, my unit will meet all your requirements. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

Perched on the ridge, it looks out over Johannesburg's northern suburbs and is set in a spacious garden full of botanical delights, birds and butterflies. This is a quiet, peaceful area suitable for relaxing or working from. We have a solar and battery power backup and water reservoir, so have reserves of electricity and water.
