The Coach House, Waterbeck

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This property is an original Victorian Coach House which was converted in the early 2000s. If you want a romantic, rural retreat, somewhere to enjoy country life and rural pursuits then this is the ideal property for you! Alternatively, if you need to utilise the Coach House as a workplace away from home there are desks and WiFi available. The accommodation is tastefully decorated throughout and offers all necessary mod-cons for your stay.

Cleugh Foot - A Pink 3-Bed Rural Cumbrian Cottage

Cleugh Foot (pronounced Clue Foot) is one of the original buildings on the Netherby Estate, overlooking acres of parkland along the River Esk. Painted pink, this beautiful bolthole can be found down your very own driveway in amongst the trees... with three bedrooms, three bathrooms (one en-suite), sitting room with wood burner, utility room, entranceway, kitchen and dining area. Outside, find a pergola with hot tub and dining area and an enclosed dog area with firepit!

We also have The Firkin Hell, a private pub on site which you will get exclusive use of during your stay for music, karaoke, darts and retro games machine. BYOB as we are unable to sell alcohol. Perfect for a romantic couples retreat.
