Enjoy this aesthetic, architecturally designed studio apartment in a quiet, residential neighborhood within walking distance of the University of Oregon and Hayward Field. The studio is above our garage and has a separate entrance up a flight of stairs. It will accommodate one person or a couple. There is also an inflatable Airbed if needed. The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

Lovely Private Cabin close to city and wineries

Our private cabin nestled in the countryside provides a quiet escape from city living. Resting in a private peaceful clearing, the cabin offers sweeping views of a private pond and lush forest. Despite the rustic scenery the cabin has been recently remodeled and comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities to make you feel right at home. The property is 15 minutes to the University of Oregon, and Wine Country. And a short 25 minute drive SW of the cabin are the Why-pass Mt Bike Trails.

Private Cottage - Walk to U of O!

Awesome location! We are located on a dead end street across from an Oak Savannah that was part of Laurelwood Golf and now is an undeveloped park, feels like country, yet walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight, restaurants etc. We are close to scenic Ridgeline hiking trail. Our light & bright cottage is surrounded by bamboo, fruit & evergreen trees & garden. The space has a king bed, private bath, small kitchen equipped with essentials, wifi, cable TV. Cozy & private!

Bright, spacious 2 BR suite in great location!

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. There is no kitchen, but includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.

Airport and U of O nearby

This is my primary home. I have resided here for 30+ years. You will have this entire residence to yourselves. It is peaceful, clean and cozy. It is a simple spacious one story home with three large bedrooms, one full bathroom, and two large living spaces. There is a large backyard with an outdoor patio. It is complete with outdoor seating and hammocks for your entertainment and relaxation. Close to airport and centrally located. I hope you feel welcome to make yourselves at home in my space.

Close to Eugene, our cozy Hilltop Suite is located in the woods, but only 8 minutes from downtown. The Hilltop Suite, on 3 acres, is surrounded by green mountain forests and fields. Our special guests drive across a bridge to access a quiet second story retreat spot with all the amenities of home. Wake up to the sounds of birds and find yourself peacefully secluded and recharged for a great day in Eugene and surrounding areas. We’re in the country, but just 2 miles from the edge of town!

A Eugene favorite. Your beautiful lodge is located in the SE Eugene hills, just minutes from fantastic shopping, dining, nightlife and recreation. At the bottom of the hill are connections to the extensive and high quality hiking and biking trails, including routes to the river, forested hills, Spencer Butte, Etc. One bus (#28) will get you to the University of Oregon, downtown and back. Our property is adjacent to a wetlands area and is in turn quiet and deer and wild turkeys roam the 'hood. Welcome!

A delightful tiny cottage near downtown on a quiet dead end street. The structure is located directly behind my home. It is attached to my garage. A patio separates the two structures.
