Our private cabin nestled in the countryside provides a quiet escape from city living. Resting in a private peaceful clearing, the cabin offers sweeping views of a private pond and lush forest. Despite the rustic scenery the cabin has been recently remodeled and comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities to make you feel right at home. The property is 15 minutes to the University of Oregon, and Wine Country. And a short 25 minute drive SW of the cabin are the Why-pass Mt Bike Trails.

The Grand Marion~Old Farm Land by Willamette River

The GM was built in 1951 on old orchard land. It's in South River Rd and shares the large, private .27 acre property with The Marion, a sister Airbnb. The GM, renovated in '22, is in a quiet residential area and has a newer elementary school behind the home. Parking is available in the carport and driveway. The concealed 2 BD, 1 Bath home is set far back from the road, sheltered by oak trees. This clean, organized and comfortable home is well stocked and offers everything you may need or want.

Private Cottage - Walk to U of O!

Awesome location! We are located on a dead end street across from an Oak Savannah that was part of Laurelwood Golf and now is an undeveloped park, feels like country, yet walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight, restaurants etc. We are close to scenic Ridgeline hiking trail. Our light & bright cottage is surrounded by bamboo, fruit & evergreen trees & garden. The space has a king bed, private bath, small kitchen equipped with essentials, wifi, cable TV. Cozy & private!

Airport and U of O nearby

This is my primary home. I have resided here for 30+ years. You will have this entire residence to yourselves. It is peaceful, clean and cozy. It is a simple spacious one story home with three large bedrooms, one full bathroom, and two large living spaces. There is a large backyard with an outdoor patio. It is complete with outdoor seating and hammocks for your entertainment and relaxation. Close to airport and centrally located. I hope you feel welcome to make yourselves at home in my space.

Spacious, bright 2 BR suite in great location

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. There is no kitchen, but includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.

Bear Cottage

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located home away from home. The Cottage is a new build in a quiet neighborhood within 20 min. of just about everything in the Eugene/Springfield area. It boasts a covered front porch w/ outdoor seating, kitchenette w/ small appliances, sink and light snacks, a brand new heating/cooling unit and wifi. The Cottage is conveniently located 5 min. from Autzen Stadium by car (30 min walk) along walk/bike paths and 3/4 mile from the Shoppes at Gateway.

“Hilltop Suite” 5 minutes to town elegant country!

Close to Eugene, our cozy Hilltop Suite is located in the woods, but only 8 minutes from downtown. The Hilltop Suite, on 3 acres, is surrounded by green mountain forests and fields. Our special guests drive across a bridge to access a quiet second story retreat spot with all the amenities of home. Wake up to the sounds of birds and find yourself peacefully secluded and recharged for a great day in Eugene and surrounding areas. We’re in the country, but just 2 miles from the edge of town!

A delightful tiny cottage near downtown on a quiet dead end street. The structure is located directly behind my home. It is attached to my garage. A patio separates the two structures. The Cottage looks out to a Japanese garden, but it is close to my house.
