Zion Canyon BnB Master - Room 100

We are a traditional Bed & Breakfast. Our home is located 3/4 of a mile to the entrance of Zion National Park. We're situated on 2.5 acres of lawn & desert landscaping with stunning views up the canyon walls from any one of our many balconies and sitting areas. Included in your stay are hearty, homemade breakfast burritos, fruit and coffee to fuel your day of hiking. The house is decorated with art from local artisans, native decor, and charming antiques acquired over 20 years of operation.

B&B Private Suite - King Bed - Easy Walking Distance to Free Springdale/Zion National Park Shuttle -

Canyon Vista Lodge is one of the premier bed and breakfast lodges in the National Park system. Offers an ideal location for Zion Park lodging. This riverside property has rustic-elegant suites with private entrances, bath, comfortable king bed, well-equipped kitchenette and sitting areas. This room also has a double bed and queen futon couch. There is a $25.00 charge for more than two guests. Maximum of four guests. Breakfast vouchers can be purchased for $5.00 per person.

Zion Grotto Private Suite at the Tyler Inn at Zion

This room has a great view of our red rock cliffs and the Rockville Bench right behind the house. Enjoy a King size bed with a high-quality mattress, along with your Private bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a comfortable sitting area so you can read, play games, or watch a movie on our 43" TV with built in Roku. There is free WI-FI Internet, central air conditioning and a ceiling fan to ensure your comfort. Breakfast is free if you stay two or more nights in a row.

Inn at 37 Main-Anniversary Room

Come enjoy one of the most beautiful settings in Southwest Utah! We are located 3 miles from Springdale, 5 miles from Zion National Park, 10 miles from world-class mountain bike trails, and 25 miles from spectacular championship golf courses. After a day of exploring the area enjoy a sunset while relaxing by the pool. All accommodations are king-size en-suite units. Our house is very large, spacious, and welcoming; it is a home away from home.

ZION'S MODERN B&B - Heller House Inn-Upstairs Rm 3

We encouraged you to just crawl out of your new bed and have breakfast in the cozy robes that are provided for your stay…..just like home. Our great room coffee/tea center has a Keurig that is available to you 24/7. And, for your convenience, each room has its own designated refrigerator in the guest kitchen. Breakfast service has been discontinued since Covid but the guest kitchen is stocked with some breakfast items for you.

Zion Suite

Zion's Suite is a newly renovated, private room with your relaxation and privacy in mind. You have your own private entrance into the room with a private bathroom and kitchenette. A private driveway is provided with off street parking is provided. The rest of the home is occupied by a family with two small dogs. We try our best to be respectful of our guests and keep the noise to a minimum. Please come and enjoy your stay!

When you don't want ordinary. This is an amazing peaceful escape Nestled in an orchard. Stargaze from the hot tub, sit around the campfire, or play pickle ball. A Delicious breakfast served every morning. During Harvest season, Breakfast will include fresh fruit from the orchard. Private outside Entrance. Shared spaces include Hot tub, fire pit, and pickleball court.

Two Bedroom Apartment

Our two king bedroom two bath furnished apartment is spacious with easy parking and access. Apartment is fully furnished with a complete kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, side by side frige and all the small appliances you need. It has a front load washer and dryer
