Build a fire in the fire pit, have a stargazing soak in the hot tub, enjoy the freedom of an outdoor shower (available May 1- Oct 25), or relax on the hammock deck. You’ll have everything you need for the perfect getaway. Once you arrive, you won't ever want to leave.

Oasis at Avalon Estates - hot tub / game room

Welcome to your oasis in the heart of Howland, OH. Steps from Avalon Grand Resort and the Medici Art Museum, this property is a home away from home. Enjoy all that the area has to offer or stay in and take advantage of the homes amenities. The back yard includes a massive 600 sqft deck with fire place, fire pit, built in grill and covered living, stamped concrete patio and hot tub great for entertaining or just relaxing. Inside enjoy a finished basement bar, 100" projector screen and game room

Hotel Clarence

Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

For fishermen, there’s plenty of space in the yard to park 1-2 fishing boats, making it an ideal stay for those heading out for a day on the lake.

A quiet, old farmhouse with plenty of space for outdoor activities. Perfect for hunters and fishermen visiting the area or a place to stop that is just 7 minutes from the interstate. We kept the nostalgic style of your grandparents (or parents!) with a few updates for comfort. This is a very simple country house, if you are looking for a hotel stay, this is not it. This house is old and the layout is not modern, and it is not fully updated, so please keep this in mind as you decide to book.

Lakefront home w stunning views overlooking Conneaut Lake. Maximum of 5 guests in the main house (1 queen in MB & 1 sofa bed in great room). There is a twin bedroom & half bath in the basement. Guesthouse is available only May-mid Oct as an add-on rental but will be occupied Nov-April with a Winter tenant. Overlook the lake in porch gliders w your coffee. Suitable for a memorable couples getaway or small family vacation.

Our home is located in historic North East Pa. The house sits on a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Erie with steps to access the beach. We have 2 bikes, a fire pit and plenty of seating on the oversized deck to enjoy your view of bald eagles flying along the shore. A split air system gives Air conditioning in the entire home makes your stay very comfortable. We are certain you will love your escape to the lake.
