The house is close to town and many wineries that Marlborough has to offer. Percy street is a quiet suburban street yet a short walk to Countdown supermarket or the centre of town. In beautiful Moenui we have a typical kiwi north facing bach overlooking the Mahau Sound. It boasts a two bedroom house with a one bedroom and lounge Chalet, and an expansive deck that takes in full views of the water. There are many options to sit and take in gorgeous views from many vantage points around the property. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, opening out onto the deck. With a mooring, boat ramp to launch your boat, a local reserve and surrounding walks, you will fall in love.

This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities
