Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

2-room apartment for 4 people. I am offering a lovingly furnished 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor with excellent Wi-Fi and a giant TV in a prime location, ensuring a pleasant stay and the best comfort. The apartment has a balcony, 2 large beds, a couch, and a giant sofa bed for maximum comfort. Perfectly located just one minute from the highway, undergrounds , and a two-minute walk from the Schlosscenter, great restaurants, bars, and shopping malls of all kinds. Berlin Mitte with a View

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

In this equipped, very comfortable furnished 2-room old apartment (4 floor) for up to 4 people in a popular neighborhood located in Charlottenburg (Stuttgarter Platz, Kantstr. Welcome to our beloved, spacious Family Home in Berlin Kreuzberg (10965). With U6 you’re only 10 minutes away from Friedrichstraße. Enjoy Viktoriapark, Restaurants and Shops right in front of our door in Bergmannkiez. The apartments first floor is 70sqm with Kitchen, Living Room, Bed Room, Bath Room as well as our beautiful Balcony. 2nd floor is an open area with second bedroom and kids room. The kitchen offers lots of equipment and space for cooking. Enjoy!

Cosy Berlin apt close to KaDeWe

Beautiful family home right in the heart of Berlin close to famous KaDeWe and to wonderful Viktoria-Luise-Platz and its fountain. Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away). There is a kids bedroom with two beds as well. Families welcome but also couples without kids can enjoy our apartment. Happy to give you some Berlin insider tipps!

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Sie ist gelegen in Nähe des bekannten Golfplatzes Motzen und einer weiten seen- und waldreichen Umgebung, die zu großen Teilen wegen ihrer Besonderheiten in Fauna und Flora unter Naturschutz gestellt wurde. Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radfahren und zur Ausübung jeder Art von Wassersport sind hier gegeben. Auch Abstecher in den nicht weit entfernten Spreewald bieten sich an.
