Lovely apartment in a great building in a great location with easy access to the whole of Berlin. Really appreciated the provision of teas coffees snacks milk and juice - just right!! Boian and Olga were fantastic hosts. Would definitely recommend

We had a great stay at the apartment. We were able to access it earlier than planned (great after a long flight) and the location to public transport was terrific. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and supermarkets nearby too. Great spot to explore Berlin. Thank you for the stay!

Great apartment! It was very clean, spacious and was equipped with everything you needed. The TV tower from the apartment windows was just incredible. The location was super convenient to bus, u-bahn stations, supermarkets, and eating places. All are within walking distance. Sven was easy to communicate and very responsive. I would highly recommend Sven’s place for anyone travelling to Berlin.

Sehr gute und pflegte Unterkunft. Die Möbel waren alle sauber außer ein Coach war mit viele Flecken drauf. Die Wohnung ist super top zu erreichen und fast von überall mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar. Der Preis ist gut, halte ich aber ein bisschen zu teuer. gerne wieder wieder

I had a wonderful stay at this flat in Berlin. The location was excellent and easy to access, making my trip very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the welcome bottle of sparkling wine was a thoughtful touch. The only minor downside was that it could be a bit noisy in the mornings due to being on the first floor with a large window. However, this didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Am besten hat mir die Lage gefallen: soooo viele Restaurants, Kneipen und Läden direkt nebenan. Louis hat vor Ankunft, während dessen und danach schriftlich gemeldet und seine Hilfe angeboten. Was für ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber.

Fabulous apartment in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The ideal retreat after a busy day exploring the city. Some fab breakfast places nearby and on the way to the main attractions and some great restaurants also for when you return back to the apartment.

A truly incredible stay. Mitte is a lovely area with lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes. Easy tram or underground journey into the centre or walkable if necessary. Really quiet apartment with all amenities listed. Both bedrooms have double beds and lots of storage space. Perfect!

I had a 3-week perfect stay. Couldn’t be better. Michael & Christiana are very welcoming, accessible and kind. The apartment was clean, organised and spacious. Ideal for 2 people. The district is calm and relaxing. They even helped me carrying the luggage and dropping me off at the metro station by car. I fully recommend!!

Heel fijn appartement voor ons gezin van vijf. Ook erg genoten van het balkon. De locatie is geweldig. Dicht bij metro, maar ook op loopafstand leuke en interessante plekken te bereiken.

Als ich in der Unterkunft ankam, hat mein Herz gleich gehüpft und ich mich sehr gefreut. Es war einfach wunderschön, tolle Energie und Harmonie. Es war noch schöner, als ich dachte und die Stunden am See sowie im Garten mit den blühenden Apfelbäumen waren wunderschön. Ich bin sehr dankbar, dort gewesen sein zu dürfen und komme sicher wieder. Danke Anett und Lutz!!! Ein Seelenort.

Прекрасная, просторная, теплая, уютная квартира. Особенно прекрасен был незабываемый вид из окон на озеро, который радовал и сопровождал нас каждый день. Не хотелось уезжать, все было прекрасно.
