Historic Downtown F'burg, Self contained Cozy Apt.

Our guest suite has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The bedroom is cozy with a full bathroom and kitchen. It is suitable for a single person or active couple who want to enjoy Historic Fredericksburg, walking trails and the night life all right outside the door. Also ideal for single person on work trip. The patio with table and chairs acts as an extra living space in spring, summer and fall however without the extra space in the wintertime the apartment is too small for two people.

Cozy basement

We like to give our guest full privacy during their stay. The basement has its own entrance in the back of the home. We do have steps going from the front of the house to the back entrance. We’re pet friendly! There's a $100 per pet fee. Fee is due upon arrival. Large fenced yard for our furry guest to run and enjoy the open space. As well as a deck with seating area facing the yard. Please make sure to clean up after your pet after every bathroom break. Pets permitted only in the back yard

Fireside & Poolside Guest Suite-Private & Relaxing

Take it easy at this private 2-bed, 1-bath Guest Suite, located on the basement level of a home with its own separate entrance. Relax indoors or head outside to enjoy the pool, fire pit, playground, trampoline, and tree swing. With onsite laundry, Wi-Fi, and great outdoor amenities, this cozy retreat feels like home. By booking a reservation, you agree to abide by all House Rules and terms in this listing and acknowledge that violations may result in early termination of your reservation.

Downtown Oasis (Pets Welcome)

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

Rapidan Hill: In the heart of the Civil War Battlefields (Chancellorsville) this attached apartment is traditionally decorated with a few antiques blended in. The perfect spot for one person or a small family, we provide a light and airy space with amazing wilderness views overlooking the Rapidan River. This listing is located on a small hobby farm where goats, chickens, pigs, and turkeys are raised.
