Blue House and a Pool

Relax at Lake Anna with friends and family at your own pool, hot tub and dock. Blue house boasts numerous spaces for entertaining and private chill time. House features 4 bedrooms, 3 large couches and 3 full bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and ready for a home cooked meal after a full day on the lake. Tim's at Lake Anna is a short car ride or boat ride to enjoy a meal and cocktail. The Cove and Lake Anna Plaza at the 208 bridge are close by including boat and jet ski rentals.

Beautiful open living 6 BR, 4.5 bath home includes beds for 16 people, and 3 main level en suite bedrooms. Breathtaking views of the lake and sunsets await you from this 4000 square foot home built and furnished for refined yet relaxed living. Enjoy 300 feet of private shoreline with some of the clearest water in Lake Anna, where you can enjoy the sand beach (perfect for keeping little tykes entertained) and natural sand shoreline, complete with a waterside patio, fire pit and pergola.

Private Paradise is a brand new lakefront home with amazing views on the Private Side of Lake Anna. You will love the huge private 2 story dock with grill, outdoor dining options, and chaise lounges. Enjoy our large peaceful waterfront lot with a private sandy beach. Have fun in the lake using the complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, and water toys. Take in the gorgeous blue lake water views while relaxing beside our outdoor fire pit, on the furnished deck, or through the large windows.

"Lake Anna Luxury" is a one-of-a-kind, ultra-modern lakefront villa with gorgeous sunset views over the lake. The exterior boasts a heated infinity pool, a massive 15 person swim spa (hot year round), a private beach, dock, and kayaks. Inside, you'll love the soaring industrial ceilings with walls of glass and modern finishes. With 8 bedrooms (7 masters), the villa sleeps 20 comfortably. Plus, pet friendly! Eagles Cove-8 BR-Lakefront w/extras !

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of indoor and outdoor room for fun! The property is on 12 acres with 3/4 mile of water front and has a water slide, kayaks, SUPs, beach area, fire pit, volleyball court, and lots of porches. The 8800 SF home has a well equipped kitchen to accommodate a large group, and is child friendly with baby gates, pack n plays, booster seats & high chairs. Because of Louisa County regulations, we cannot host weddings, receptions, etc.

This LAKEFRONT cabin combines the intimacy and rustic nature of a log cabin with an expansive yard perfect for all kinds of outdoor games, most notable its very own Pickleball court. Plus you can entertain down by the water with our Tiki bar and boathouse. Eat, drink and be merry -- lakeside. Our neighborhood also has beach volleyball and a gazebo for larger gatherings. Blue Heron Hideaway is a brand new lakefront home with amazing views on the Private Side of Lake Anna. We have fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need, because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. We recently added a 120 foot sandy beach, and a large furnished deck with several outdoor seating options, a screened in patio area, an outdoor bar and outdoor dining.
