This large private apartment is less than a mile from downtown SPOKANE, The Spokane Arena, Thrift & antique stores, two blocks walk to Monroe Street, five blocks to Corbin park, Garland district, Northtown mall and many great bars and restaurants. In the spring and summer Lime scooters and bikes are usually parked a block or two from the house and they are fun to ride and explore Spokane in the summertime. We also have a crow with one bad foot we call Peg who lives in trees around the house.

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

The kitchen is well equipped to make you feel right at home. It is just minutes away from River Front Park, Spokane's New sporting arena, restaurants and more! There is a shop to secure your vehicles, and a fully fenced yard with a 6 foot fence to keep your babies and fur babies corralled. Enjoy your stay!

Enjoy this adorable home located near Spokane's fun Perry District. This home is located within walking distance to Perry's restaurants and breweries, offering convenience and comfort. This location is less than two miles from Gonzaga campus, Riverfront Park, and downtown restaurants. Additionally, less than one hour drive to local mountains that offer fun activities such as skiing/snowboarding, tubing, hiking, and mountain biking.

This is a cute 2 bedroom basement unit with plenty of natural light. The private entrance is on the side of the building and you have to go down a small flight of stairs. It has off street parking , a small kitchenette, no laundry facilities. Great for quick visits where you will be out and about and eating on the town. Dogs ok with additional fee. Great walk able neighborhood 5 min from downtown and 10 min to the airport.
