A great, affordable stay in Spokane. Anything downtown is a 15-20 minute walk away, but the apartment is nestled in a quiet neighborhood up the hill from the highway. Nearby an organic food market and a few food options, too! Will definitely be back in future Spokane visits!

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

I stayed for 2 weeks for work and they helped me with a rebooking witch was super helpful immaculately clean and comfortable close to every restaurant and grocery store was a super nice place to stay

Bridgewater was great not only because of the space itself, but because of its closeness to downtown and cool, trendy spots in the area. It’s quiet and convenient!

Leslie was a very warm and responsive host. The apartment was super comfortable and located in a safe neighborhood adjacent to a great part for walking and playing with my grandchildren. I would stay there again!

This is our second stay at this wonderful studio gem. A Private entrance with no adjoining walls provides ultimate privacy. The location is next to our favored Manito Park providing great walking trails and recreational activities. The surrounding neighborhood in Spokane’s historic South Hill is a visual treat. We frequently visit family in the area and will continue to use Jade and Rob’s studio as our home-away-from-home.

We really enjoyed Gregg and Heather’s place. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay! The house was very clean and in a great location for getting to the arena! Gregg and Heather were great hosts and very accommodating! Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, convenient and an easy drive to both Gonzaga and Whitworth. We had plenty of room for four.

We stayed a couple nights at the property. It was clean and just as described. Anna had it stocked with ammenities. It was quiet neighbor wise, and outside noise was minimal. There is some traffic noise but we didnt find that it impeded on sleep. Would stay again and recommend others to.

Steven was extremely kind and welcoming to his home! He let me check in a bit early and responded very fast. He also helped me get the ac working when he noticed my room was a bit hot. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

Nice, quiet neighborhood location. Good value. A little small for two adults and small dog, yet appreciate being able to bring our dog. Mani responds in a timely manner. Would stay again.

We had a lovely few nights at Broomsticks for Spring Break! The attention to detail and Harry Potter decor was perfect. Communication leading up to our stay and throughout was friendly and prompt. We loved that we could bring the pupper along for the adventure too. Close to restaurants and downtown where we had most of our activities that weekend. We’d definitely stay again!

They were very friendly, they opened up the entire backyard for my family and always responded when needed. We did have a miscommunication on my end for late checkout because I did not specify what time needed, but they seemed pretty understanding about the situation which was very nice!

Great property, perfect layout for our family.

This was my second stay at this quiet, comfortable apartment with a great country view. I watched deer and turkeys in the valley, and saw fish when I walked down to the river's edge. It's spacious and well appointed with soap and dishes, etc. The wifi worked well. I only occasionally heard the owners or their guests in the main part of the house, and they respected the listed quiet hours.

really great place! definitely for people on the shorter side. very clean, quaint spot. great amenities, nice hosts, short drive from downtown spokane. it was my first time in WA, and as a solo traveler I felt very safe! x

Perfect place to stay while snowboarding at Mt. Spokane. Very much enjoyed the location. The sauna and pool were wonderful after a day on the slopes.
