WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place. A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located in the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security and a private entrance with stairs that lead to the guest suite with a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if we are home.

The Stained Glass House near Manito Park

My home is located in the heart of Spokanes South Hill and a half block from beautiful Manito Park. The house is located right on the busline to downtown shopping and events and five minutes from Sacred Heart Medical Center. We are also within walking distance of neighborhood restaurants and shopping. After raising our daughters we found ourselves living primarily in the apartment we added when we finished our basement. We have been AirB&B guests on several trips and decided to become hosts.

Cute&Cozy Alpaca&Goat Farm minutes from the city

Welcome to our farm! We invite you to stay at our cute&cozy renovated guesthouse. We have friendly mini goats & fuzzy alpacas that you can view just steps outside the front door. We are located in the beautiful Glenrose Prairie area of the South Hill. Enjoy a coffee or picnic by the animals. We also get visits from deer, bunnies, & lots of birds. Relax at the farm while still being close to shopping, restaurants, great amenities & easy access to I-90, Gonzaga & downtown (15 mins by car).

Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Apartment sleeps 4 w Lake access

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and twin bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!

The Valley Getaway

Cozy duplex located close to the freeway, Spokane Valley Mall, lots of restaurants located and very close to the super market. There is a huge backyard for the littles to run around. Located in a nice neighborhood with lots of parks close by. For the outdoors enthusiast the Appleway trail and Centennial Trail are just a song and dance away. Come as you are, and leave as more. You are warmly welcomed to a cozy home built in 1955 with original hardwood floors and wood burning fireplace. Relax and recharge in this thoughtfully arranged home located in convenient location in North Spokane. Hays park is 2 blocks away, and walking distance to a European food store. It's a 6 min drive to Gonzaga University, and Holy Family Hospital. Downtown is 10 min away.

Charming cottage in the pines

This stunning cottage surrounded by Ponderosa Pines is located on 6 acres in the country only 15 minutes from downtown Spokane, 15 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from Cheney and Eastern Washington University. This is a private, cozy home which boasts a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, laundry and a bathroom with a shower.
