Fully remodeled in 2023 with thoughtful upgrades and decor. Walkable to a city park and bus system, with easy I-90 access to airport, downtown Spokane, CDA, mountains, lakes, and shopping. If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security. The guest entrance offer a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available. Seasonal traction tires may be required.

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new, the unit in furnished with king size bed, sitting area, kitchenette and full separate bathroom. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

1 bedroom in-law apartment. Bedroom features a newly updated bathroom, king size bed and small futon. The front room has a desk and small kitchenette. The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.

This is a two bedroom, one bathroom home located in the beautiful south hill neighborhood of Spokane. I use a keypad to lock the door, so guests will not have to worry about keys. A message with the door code will be sent to you 15 minutes before check-in on the day of arrival. Cheers!
