Nestled in Cliff-Cannon neighborhood, our remodeled 109-year-old craftsman is walkable to dining & groceries & under a 5 minute drive to downtown, Manito park, hospitals & more. A clean, cozy space with a functional kitchen & comfortable sleeping; perfect for couples & small families. Both hosts when we met, my husband & I personally manage this one thoughtfully-appointed house (with personality!) in hopes that you will feel truly at home. Pets ok: Please read rules. JB’s Clubhouse - Entire home, perfect for families

There’s plenty of room in this 4bedroom/2bath for your entire crew. Large private fenced backyard, pet-friendly. The backyard also has a small fire pit and trampoline. I love to restore vintage furniture and so you will see some unique antique pieces in this home. As an RN, cleanliness and my priority is to maintain a safe and clean home for my guests. Everything in this home has been newly painted and comes with new linens, towels and mattresses. The carpet is newly replaced.

This Riverfront home is the perfect place to make lasting memories with your family or friends. With our river access you can spend your days swimming, fishing, Kayaking, tubing or just relaxing on our large patio while enjoying the amazing views of the river. Our home is centrally located between Spokane & Coeur d 'Alene & only 1.5 miles from parks, restaurants & bars located in the charming town of Post Falls. Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and twin bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place including The Perry District, Hospital District, Downtown and more!
