Bright, clean, quiet, comfy, cute, private home in the perfect South Sandpoint location. Less than a block to; 2 parks, public water access and Memorial Field, the home of The Festival at Sandpoint. Bikes, kayaks included. A short stroll or bike ride to all the downtown restaurants and shops. Full grocery store a few blocks away as well as 2 convenient stores. Front and back covered decks, private secluded back sitting/BBQ area. Covered off-street parking. The most desirable area of Sandpoint.

The Mural Chalet: Luxury stay; sleeps 13!

Vacation starts 10 sec after parking; hot tub is bubbling! Premium furnishings and bedding, fire pit, BBQ, stocked kitchen, kid extras, 3 smart TV's, Keurig, clean and polished! We are one of the most luxurious, central places in Kellogg and did not cut corners. Perfectly suited for 2 families: 2 wings with a king & bunk rm/bathroom each, common areas located between. 3 min drive to resort. Fastest Internet around. Amenities abound! This getaway is as close to the water as possible in downtown Coeur d’Alene with fabulous lake views overlooking a quaint marina. With all the best Cd’A has to offer at your fingertips: beaches, woodland trails, parks, & a picturesque downtown; all a short neighborhood walk away. We have a large open living space, kitchen and deck (with a hot tub) overlooking Cd'A Lake & Tubbs Hill Park. The house is perfect for families with kids as the upstairs space is a great play area & has low ceilings.

Cleanest remodeled home in Coeur d'Alene!*5 Stars*

Clean, comfortable 1 story house with two private master suites only steps away from the Prairie Trail, which connects to the Centennial Trail system. Less than 5 miles from Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Spokane River. There is a jogger stroller in the garage for guests to use if you want to explore the miles of walking trails in the neighborhood, or throughout COEUR d’Alene.
