Little Red Barn on Big Meadows

Located 20-25 minutes north of Spokane city limits, the Little Red Barn on Big Meadows is nestled in the foothills of Mt. Spokane. Enjoy Greenbluff in the summer & fall and Mt. Spokane skiing in the winter. The Little Spokane River is nearby, as well as many gorgeous lakes. The Barn overlooks the beautiful Big Meadows and faces breathtaking sunsets. We are popular for romantic getaways, special celebrations, family trips, and those seeking to escape the busyness of life and savor the quiet.

The Stained Glass House near Manito Park

My home is located in the heart of Spokanes South Hill and a half block from beautiful Manito Park. The house is located right on the busline to downtown shopping and events and five minutes from Sacred Heart Medical Center. We are also within walking distance of neighborhood restaurants and shopping. After raising our daughters we found ourselves living primarily in the apartment we added when we finished our basement. We have been AirB&B guests on several trips and decided to become hosts.

Serene Lakeside Retreat

Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers a coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Close to Greenbluff, Mt Spokane Ski and many more recreational areas. 10 minutes from the north side Costco. The kitchen has a Keurig with starter supply of pods and other goodies. The home is located in the historic Garland district with views of the city. You will be 3 miles from the heart of downtown & within walking distance to antique shops, bars, restaurants & other local businesses. Enjoy high ceilings, large windows, a fully stocked kitchen, 75"&55"TV, & comfortable king & queen size beds. Sleep more with futon & large couch. Second floor is unoccupied. Property managers live on premises in a separate basement unit, guests will have their privacy.
