S.Hill Private 2bd 2bath 15 min from Downtown

Our place is one half of a cute duplex and is clean, quiet & furnished modern. We have no stairs so it is ideal for those with limited mobility. Best suited for up to 4 adults. Close to some of Spokane's best restaurants; Luna, Twigs, Poole's Public House, along with numerous pizza places, and that's just to name a few. Trader Joe's is 2 miles away. We are 15 minutes to downtown shopping and Spokane's two major hospitals are even closer. We know you will relax and enjoy your stay at our place.

Nestled in Cliff-Cannon neighborhood, our remodeled 108-year-old craftsman is walkable to dining & groceries & under a 5 minute drive to downtown, Manito park, hospitals & more. A clean, cozy space with a functional kitchen & comfortable sleeping, it's perfect for couples & small families. Both hosts, my husband & I met in an Airbnb love story. Located 20-25 minutes north of Spokane city limits, the Little Red Barn on Big Meadows is nestled in the foothills of Mt. Spokane. Enjoy Greenbluff in the summer & fall and Mt. The Regal Beagle! Near downtown PRIVATE full unit

Located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, this private apartment has all the amenities close. Sunny and open, this is a large space, and is perfect for longer stays. Smoking permitted outside, green friendly same rule. Owner lives on the main floor, so security is not an issue. Coffeemaker (and coffee), microwave, stove/oven, washer/dryer all included. Antenna tv only, so bring a Chromecast or Firestick to plug in! I use physical keys, so let me know the general time of your arrival.

The Stained Glass House near Manito Park

My home is located in the heart of Spokanes South Hill and a half block from beautiful Manito Park. The house is located right on the busline to downtown shopping and events and five minutes from Sacred Heart Medical Center. We are also within walking distance of neighborhood restaurants and shopping. After raising our daughters we found ourselves living primarily in the apartment we added when we finished our basement. We have been AirB&B guests on several trips and decided to become hosts.

Quiet neighborhood with a private driveway with ample RV parking and private entrance. TDS WI-FI. Large walk in closets and wheel chair accessible, no steps. All doorways 3 ft wide, grab bar by toilet and step in 5 ft shower with grab bar. Set up with desk and executive chair for your business needs. Five Mile mall with groceries, restaurants, and laundry mart 3 minutes away. 6 miles to downtown Spokane. Coffee, bagels, muffins provided. Wet bar with cooking plate, small oven & microwave.

Cozy South Hill Cottage by Manito

Garden level apartment with 2 sets of French doors opening into the garden. We live in a mature neighborhood, close to downtown, with beautiful areas to walk and relax. Manito Park is on my street, 90 acres, with rose, lilac, formal and native plant gardens, plus a pond with ducks. This is an ideal location for medical professionals, Sacred Heart Hospital, Medical Center and Children's Hospital are 1.3 miles way, along with Shriners, Deaconess Multicare is 1.1 mile distance..

1909 Clark Park House

Sleeps 10 & 7 mins to downtown. This house was built in 1909. Please read my entire listing and rules prior to booking. We will not be held responsible because you failed to read the rules, extra guest fee’s and pet fee’s for dogs. This completely updated 1.5 story home is recently finished with very nice furniture and wall art with all of the niceties that are expected of a place that values ones time. It is across the street from Clark Park and close to Downtown Spokane
