In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

You are as close as you can be to the sea and only hundred meters away from Hvar harbor which is the center of all happenings during summer here in Hvar. Just in front of the house there is a beautiful beach. Hvar seafront, famous for numerous luxurious yachts and exclusive restaurants and clubs like Carpe Diem, is just 100 meters away. Apartment "Patricia" is completely renovated, on the 3th floor, in the old hause built 1900 year from natural stone in the city center, downtown, close (within a radius 50m) to public transport and parking, taxi, art and culture, parks, green and fish market, bucheries, banks, caffes and restaurants, post office, ferry and yachts harbour.The airport is 2 km away.
